I experimented this past Saturday with the Bacon Explosion. I was hungry and bored.
First we make a lattice with a pound of bacon.
Then you put some dry rub on it
Then you cover the lattice with 2 pounds of Italian sausage
Then you put another pound of bacon (cooked up and cut into pieces) on the sausage
Then you slather it with BBQ sauce
Then you roll it up and put some BBQ sauce on the outside
Then into the oven at 350 degrees for 2.5 hrs, basting it with BBQ sauce every so often to get a nice crust
Then you cut it open
And you eat it.
And then you have yourself a coronary infarction, and then enter a coma.
